I am a portrait and events photographer, a studio photographer at a well-known portrait studio in Vancouver and a mother to four wonderful children.
My craft as a photographer is about using my creativity and skills to help clients visually communicate and capture every moment with utmost care, and most importantly add a flare of fun.
Having an intensive background in theatre design, projecting emotions without words and, utilizing performing and visual arts have always been my passion. My vast training and practice in Production Design for Theatre, Film, TV and Advertising, and, experience in Events and Production Management, and Photography honed my skills and professionalism.
My interest in photography grew even further when I became a mother to four wonderful children. Capturing every moment was always my joy - may it be their yawns, chuckles, or whines. My natural eye for composing a picture and attention to detail developed my skills in creating compelling photographs bring in a photojournalistic-style.
Growing professionally and sharing my passion have led me to also offer my services in support for several non-profit organizations in Vancouver such as the PuSh International Performing Arts Festival, The KidSafe Project Society and the Roundhouse Community Art and Culture Centre.
As a professional, my desire is to be able to share, create a fun and sincere image, and ideas through photography. My work is not only about making a pretty picture, it has to have a statement - a vision. Capturing real stories in all its beauty. Feeling the love, laughter, tears - feeling the moment in a photograph. Creating meaningful images and memories. Sharing your story.
